They made a conscious decision to turnover the DB group trying to figure out a way to create more turnovers.
Trust me, if they wanted to keep Church or Wilcox, Carr, or Claiborne, they could have created the money through restructures or releases for it to happen.
Same with Dez. It had very little to do with his contract and more to do with the distractions that Dez brings not making him worth his money.
