I had read where this was expected. I agree dooms…good move.
I think the second-round tender proves that the Cowboys don’t truly trust David Irving just yet. And who knows, Irving might not of been willing to work out a long-term contract. This could be a prove it year for him in order to receive a bigger payday next off-season.
