Am I the only person that is shocked that Jerry will, most likely, again start a season with no legitimate backup QB? One bad hit on Dak and the season is over. We got lucky last year- can we plan on that again this year? I claim professional malfeasance by JJ/SJ!

No, you’re not the only one. I had hoped we would sign a veteran QB just in case. But maybe they feel the two youngsters they have behind Dak have developed enough to handle the job. I don’t personally share that view but it really doesn’t matter since I don’t own the team. Hopefully with our OL improved Dak won’t be taking many hits. But I had hoped they would sign someone who has started some NFL games. I just hope they don’t make the same mistake at RB because I saw Zeke limping quite a bit in the last few games although it didn’t affect his performance. But we definitely need a RB who can give EFFECTIVE relief to Zeke. I guess we’ll find out.
